加熱管繞絲方法

(1).根據生產令選擇絲種，絲經及芯軸，注意檢查絲徑；

(2).保證繞距均勻，不得有“跳圈”現象；

(3).穿入引出棒，按生產令要求保證繞線阻值，檢查實際密繞長度與生產令標注的密繞長度相差±10mm既可通過；

(4).自檢為主，檢驗員抽檢。
